Smart Growth Initiative is a non-profit, non-partisan, organization of concerned citizens interested in the housing needs of our diverse community and growing population.
We seek to promote responsible growth through education and demonstration of smart growth principles and policies.

This initiative will serve as a forum for citizens, community leaders and the media to investigate solutions to the continuing demands for housing and increased public services while maintaining our quality of life.
